My fascination with antique bottle hunting/collecting started when I was a kid growing up in rural Louisiana. I was an only child who spent most of my free time down by the river behind our house (The Bogua Falaya)
I was born curious. About things most other kids weren't that into. Glass fascinated me. Bottles. The way they would reflect the sunlight under the murky water was a magic show. I didn't know anything about photography or art. Or that it would eventually be my career. Or that I would become a glass blower and later film glass for movies.
